‘It’s time to duel!’

Yami Yugi defends his title as King of Games with his Youtooz debut! At 4.8 inches tall, his black and maroon hair reaches up into chunky points while his iconic spiked fringe fans out in thick strands above his angular eyes and determined smile. With his trusty Dark Magician card held between the fingers of his right hand, he prepares to summon it with the grey and red duel disk attached to his left arm. The blue jacket draped over his shoulders blows out in wide ruffles and sits over the tight black singlet and blue pants he wears, while the Millennium Puzzle hangs around his neck by a thick silver chain. The exterior of his packaging sees Yugi preparing to play a card with Dark Magician and Dark Magician girl at his sides as Exodia looms ominously in the background. The interior is faded gold with strings of hieroglyphs that work their way onto his protective packaging, where he poses in front of a circular golden seal and his figure can be seen through the large clear window at its front. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.

SHIPPING

Our mission is to package all your item's with amazing care. Please allow up to 3-5 Business day's after placing your order for us to process.

During Conventions/Peak season this time will be extended until after the convention is over (conventions add 3 additional days)

As of October - December please allow 8-12 business days for orders to get fulfilled as we are now in PEAK/HOLIDAY season. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

IN STOCK & PRE ORDERS

If you order multiple items in one transaction, and your transaction includes a pre-order item. Your items will ship once all pre-order items have arrived.

If you want an in stock item to ship immediately, please make multiple transactions.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Any cancellation request after the 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

    Certain item's can not be cancelled. This is stated in the description of the item.

    Fee can be waived if you choose to exchange or receive for store credit.

      REFUNDS AND CLAIMS

      We do not accept returns or exchanges.

      If the order you purchased is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or delivery rejected we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the cost of the label.

      If you receive an item that is not as advertised please send photo's to our email sales@vrarestore.com. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your package. NO EXCEPTIONS if you are sending photo's after this time period we will not accept the claim. 

      We do not refund or exchange if box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product are not 100% perfect. Please rest assured our shipping team does double inspect items. Thank you for your understanding. 

      MYSTERY BOXES

      All sales are final for mystery boxes.

      We do our best to give the best experience possible for all participants. All mystery boxes are packed in batches with our selected SKU's. Getting duplicates is a possibility as our packer's are not reading packing slip's to maintain 100% fairness in our mystery run.
