ALL POLICIES

IN STOCK & PRE ORDERS

  • In stock items ship within 3-5 business days (during con season this may take 5-7 business days) 
  • If ordering a pre order with an in stock item the entire order will not ship until each item is in hand. 
  • For pre orders the date listed is an eta, slight delays may occur. If you have questions, please email us at vrarestore.us@gmail.com
  • POP Protectors can only be ordered with pops, if you would like to purchase protectors only please email us before ordering. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • All sales are final and cannot be canceled once your order is submitted.
    Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed. This goes for every collectible figure on our website.
  • Pre Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to allocation from suppliers. 
  • All mystery boxes are final sale

REFUNDS

  • If you are claiming a damaged item, send photos to vrarestore.us@gmail.com with the figure and shipping box.
  • If you want to return an item for your refund on an IN STOCK item you must pay for the shipping fee's associated with your return plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Trading Cards all sales are final, no returns no exceptions due to product being sealed, once official seal is broken your order is final
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package is scanned as delivered, please contact your local post office to assist.

Anything with a chase variant, sealed tamper proof products, serial codes cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
