The Huntress has stalked her prey straight to Youtooz! Crouched at 5.1 inches tall with a bunny mask strapped over her head and long purple hair flicking out, one long rabbit ears stretches up while the other is split in half. With bright white eyes shining from the mask’s dark holes and a heart shaped nose sitting above her menacing red smile the mask hides, she brandishes a bloody hatchet in each hand. Ready to finish the hunt, she’s rolled up the sleeves of her red and creme top and wears a blue waist cloth over bandaged brown pants. The exterior of her packaging sees Huntress in front of a deserted log cabin as you hide from her in the bushes. While the interior is a black silhouetted forest with a glowing red and blue haze and the white ‘Dead by Daylight’ logo at its back, This grim motif then continues onto the protective sleeve with dark trees surrounding it completely as the figure can be seen through the large clear window at its front. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.

SHIPPING

Our mission is to package all your item's with amazing care. Please allow up to 3-5 Business day's after placing your order for us to process.

During Conventions/Peak season this time will be extended until after the convention is over (conventions add 3 additional days)

As of October - December please allow 8-12 business days for orders to get fulfilled as we are now in PEAK/HOLIDAY season. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

IN STOCK & PRE ORDERS

If you order multiple items in one transaction, and your transaction includes a pre-order item. Your items will ship once all pre-order items have arrived.

If you want an in stock item to ship immediately, please make multiple transactions.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Any cancellation request after the 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

    Certain item's can not be cancelled. This is stated in the description of the item.

    Fee can be waived if you choose to exchange or receive for store credit.

      REFUNDS AND CLAIMS

      We do not accept returns or exchanges.

      If the order you purchased is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or delivery rejected we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the cost of the label.

      If you receive an item that is not as advertised please send photo's to our email sales@vrarestore.com. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your package. NO EXCEPTIONS if you are sending photo's after this time period we will not accept the claim. 

      We do not refund or exchange if box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product are not 100% perfect. Please rest assured our shipping team does double inspect items. Thank you for your understanding. 

      MYSTERY BOXES

      All sales are final for mystery boxes.

      We do our best to give the best experience possible for all participants. All mystery boxes are packed in batches with our selected SKU's. Getting duplicates is a possibility as our packer's are not reading packing slip's to maintain 100% fairness in our mystery run.
